¿Cómo funciona? Una vez que compres tu tarjeta regalo, recibirás un correo electrónico con un código especial. Se lo puedes reenviar a la persona a la que regalas o puedes imprimirlo para entregárselo en persona. Una vez esté lista para usarla, lo único que tiene que hacer es utilizar el código al realizar la compra y el valor de la tarjeta regalo se deducirá del valor total de su pedido.

Ten en cuenta que las tarjetas regalo caducan a los 12 meses, comenzando el día de la compra, y no son reembolsables.

Delivery and returns

Orders dispatch from the UK. We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). 

Shipping

Please note: if you're not in the UK, you might have to pay import tax and duties when your order reaches your country.

Easy returns

You have 14 days to return your order from the moment you receive it. For reasons of hygiene, jewellery and hair accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
